Youth safety is the foundation of our program. Our priority is the wellbeing and success of the young people who enroll. We go to great lengths to ensure that every participant feels supported and safe in their mentoring relationship.

Our comprehensive protocols include a thorough vetting process for mentors, ongoing support from our Match Support team, and strict guidelines for mentors to uphold the security of youth. When young people feel safe, they’re able to reach their full potential.
